Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases
Metric37 uses a credit-based system. When you purchase a word credit pack, the credits are added to your account immediately. Unused credits do not expire and remain available until used.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if: you have not used any credits from the purchased pack; you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service; or you were charged incorrectly.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if: credits from the pack have already been used (partially or fully); the refund is requested more than 7 days after purchase; or the account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and the order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it at any time from your billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your current credits until they are used. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
