Metric37 - Terms of Service

By accessing or using Metric37 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Metric37 provides an AI-powered text transformation service that converts AI-generated content into natural, human-sounding prose. The Service is available through our web application and API.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; exceed your usage limits through automated means; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payment and Credits

Metric37 offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed as one-time credit purchases. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Word credits do not expire and remain available until used.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit to the Service. The output text generated by the Service is yours to use. Metric37 retains all rights to the Service itself, including its technology, branding, and design.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metric37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
