Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that needs change. You can cancel your subscription to our prompt improvement service at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You may request a refund for our services under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are dissatisfied with the service
- If there has been a technical error resulting in service not being delivered
- If you were charged incorrectly
Please note that refunds are not available for partial subscription periods, usage-based charges once the service has been delivered, or if your account has violated our Terms and Conditions.
To request a refund:
- Send an email to refunds@metric37.com with your account details and reason for refund
- Include your order ID or transaction reference number in your request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
