Shipping and Delivery Policy

As Metric37 provides a digital prompt improvement service, there are no physical items to ship. This policy outlines how our digital services are delivered to you.
Once you submit a prompt for improvement through our platform, our service typically processes requests within the following timeframes:
- Standard requests: Delivered within 1-2 business hours
- Premium requests: Delivered within 30 minutes
- Enterprise requests: Delivered according to your service level agreement (SLA)
All improved prompts and related services are delivered electronically through:
- Your personal account dashboard
- Email notification (if enabled in your account settings)
- API response (for programmatic access)
You will receive a notification when your improved prompt is ready for review and use.
All service delivery costs are included in your subscription or per-request payment. There are no additional "shipping" or delivery fees for our digital services.
Our digital prompt improvement services are available internationally, subject to the following:
- Service is provided in English language only at this time
- Support for additional languages may incur additional processing time
- Service availability may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations
